Over the course of the past few months, we discovered an issue with the energy use data we were receiving from SDG&E. We have been actively working with SDG&E to resolve this, in order to move forward with updating our members dashboards to accurately reflect all of the energy saving and hard work done over the summer. We’re making headway and have some positive updates to share!
This situation is unique, so please read on to better understand how this might have impacted you, and next steps forward.
Energy usage and earnings for OhmHour events between August 2nd to September 15th have been successfully updated on your dashboard.
Energy usage for OhmHour events between June 15th to August 1st remains inaccurate, and our engineering team is working diligently to rectify this. Ideally, we hope to have this completed by early next week.
We are still missing data for OhmHour events that occurred between September 16th to present, which is impacting only a handful of our SDG&E members. SDG&E is working to update this data, however we do not yet have a clear timeline for resolution.
We appreciate the commitment and time that goes into taking part in OhmHour events, and it is important to us that you feel properly rewarded for your efforts. Our door is always open, so if you notice discrepancies after the updates have been completed, please reach out to us at help@ohmconnect.com.
