At OhmConnect, we value your participation in our community and aim to keep our platform rewarding for everyone. There are a few reasons why an account might be closed.

### Inactivity

Per our [Terms of Service](https://www.ohmconnect.com/terms-of-service), if an account remains inactive for 3 consecutive months, OhmConnect may close or terminate the account. We may notify you via email before your account is closed.

  

### Program Sunsetting

From time to time, we may close specific programs to make room for new features and better experiences. If your account is impacted by a program ending, we will notify you in advance to ensure you have time to take any necessary actions.

### Keeping Your Account Alive

To ensure your account stays open, we recommend logging in regularly and participating in events.

*   **Will I lose my Watts if my account is deleted?** Once your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to log in to redeem any rewards (Watts, cash, prizes, etc). Be sure to redeem your Watts and take note of unused gift card codes before your account is deleted.
*   **How do I redeem my Watts?** Go to the ‘Rewards’ tab within your OhmConnect account, and use your Watts for anything available to you in the Rewards Marketplace.
