## Once you have created your account, and connected your utility, we will begin the leg work to get you approved and eligible for OhmHour events!

In an ideal world, your approval should take 18 days or less, and if we encounter any issues, we will keep you updated. During this time, you will see both regular OhmHour and AutoOhm events. If you would like to keep a close eye on the status of your enrollment, you can stay up to date on your OhmConnect dashboard [Utility Account & Event Eligibility](https://app.ohmconnect.com/settings/utility) page. Here you will see two indicators — one for your Utility Account connection and one for whether you are eligible for AutoOhms and OhmHours. If the indicator is red this means we are experiencing an issue with your enrollment in which case please reach out and we will investigate, yellow means pending, and green means you are fully enrolled!
