## [OhmConnect](https://www.ohmconnect.com/?campaign=blog&sub_campaign=help-article&channel=what-s-the-maximum-i-can-earn-during-an-ohmhour-hkm8mcu4_) is a free and secure service that rewards you for saving energy when it matters most to the grid and the environment!

You will receive a notification about once per week to save energy for a period of time - usually around an hour. If you save energy, you get rewarded with cash, prizes and discounts on smart home technology that will make your home more energy efficient, helping you save money on your energy bills.
