Due to some changes in the way energy markets work in Ontario, [OhmConnect](https://www.ohmconnect.com/?campaign=blog&sub_campaign=help-article&channel=what-if-i-see-sce-issue-or-pg-e-issue-or-sdg-e-issue-on-my-dashboard-hy9zskovd) is not currently operational in the province of Ontario anymore. 

  

If you have accumulated Watts in your account, you can still redeem them in the Rewards Marketplace.
