## After 10 years, the OhmConnect platform is closing.

### If you’re currently enrolled in OhmConnect, here’s what this means for you:

*   **Events**: You may continue to receive OhmHours and AutoOhms through **September 2026**.
*   **Rewards**: You have until **October 31, 2026** to redeem your rewards in the [Rewards Marketplace](https://app.ohmconnect.com/rewards). After that, any unclaimed rewards will be voided and your account will be deleted. *   **Connected devices**: See below for details about connected devices.

### What will happen to all the devices I have linked to my OhmConnect account?

Any connected devices will continue to participate in events through September 2026. Expect more details for what’s next after that. _Note: Sensibo connections will no longer be supported as of August 2026._

### I am enrolled in Rush Hour Rewards (RHR) with OhmConnect. What will happen with my Nest thermostat?

Your Nest thermostat will participate in OhmConnect as normal through September 2026. Expect a follow-up email with more details of what’s next in the coming months.

### What should I do with my OhmPlug and the OhmPlug app? 

OhmPlugs will be supported until the OhmPlug app closes in November 2026. We’ll follow up with more details on how to keep using your plug after that.

### What will happen with my data?

You may receive an email from your utility provider notifying you that your data sharing has been terminated.
