# How to Move Your LG ThinQ Account to OhmConnect

## There have been some changes to the LG ThinQ device integration. Read on to learn how to continue participating with OhmConnect!

  

As of April 30th, 2025, LG ThinQ devices will no longer have an integration with OhmConnect. The good news? Your OhmConnect account and dashboard will not be impacted. Your Watts balance, Status, and any additional smart devices you have linked to your account will remain the same, and you will able to continue participating in our program. 

  

**To note:** In order to transition your account, you will be required to create a new password for your OhmConnect account.

  

### Follow these steps to move forward with OhmConnect:  
  

1.  [Click here](https://app.ohmconnect.com/forgot-password) to create a new password.  
      
    
2.  [Log-in](https://app.ohmconnect.com/login) using the same email address you use to log-in to your LG app along with the new password you created (these will be your log-in credentials moving forward).
