I can’t find the PayPal verification email in my inbox.
If you don’t see the verification email in your inbox, check your spam/junk mail folder. (In Gmail, check your Social and Promotions tabs) Our emails can sometimes tend to end up there.
You can resend your PayPal verification by clicking 'Edit' next to your PayPal email on the settings page.
NOTE: If you wish to cash out to a different email address, repeat this process to verify the email address associated with PayPal.
I’m seeing “Cashout not ready” or only getting the store option.
If you're seeing this message, it means you still need to verify your Paypal email address.
- Go to the email connected to your paypal and look for the email titled "Please verify changes to your account".
2. In the email, click the green button "Confirm this email" button.
Note: You may also need to re-confirm your OhmConnect email as well, so keep an eye out for a 2nd email labeled "Confirm this email".
I see “PayPal unclaimed”
If you see this message, it means your Paypal email address is "unregistered". This means that the Paypal account using your email address below has not been claimed yet. You can fix this by logging into your paypal account using the email address below and "claiming" your payment. At this point, OhmConnect has already sent the money to that paypal address and Paypal is holding onto that money until somebody claims it.
