If you haven't received your confirmation code just yet, don't worry. Your code can take a few minutes to reach your phone. If it's been longer than that, are you by chance on T-Mobile, Sprint or Boost Mobile? We are aware that these providers
and a few others may generally block SMS short codes.

You can also try to send a text message to 41099 with the message "HELP".
Please note that while it is only 5 digits, it is still a valid phone number.

In order to receive text messages from OhmConnect, you'll want to contact your phone service provider and ask them to allow 41099 to be sent to your phone.
Once that's done, you should be able to receive OhmConnect alerts on your phone.
