We have noticed that some SCE users are being disconnected from their utility and reconnected back after 24 hours. 

This break in utility data and connection results in a sudden drop in status tier (i.e from Platinum to Bronze back to Silver), despite the fact that users are reducing over 40% of their energy (which corresponds to a Platinum status level).

We have noticed folks being auto-restored to their correct status tier level roughly 48 hours after the issue occurred!
