We recently discovered that there has been a problem with SDGE’s connection process.

While you may have submitted utility data sharing permissions from SDGE’s secure sharing page and even gotten a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from SDGE, they have not confirmed your enrollment with us, nor sent us your meter data info. 

SDGE is aware of this issue and is working to fix it. We will email everyone who has been impacted once SDGE tells us their system is up and running again.
