Due to data delays on the SCE side, some users are seeing TBD or 0 points for various recent #OhmHours.
Some users may see TBDs for earlier hours, but will also have data/points for some of the more recent #OhmHours.
We do not have a time-frame for when this will be fixed. We will be updating this page about every weekday going forward until we are seeing consistent data from SCE.

SCE is experiencing data delays from 1/18 to present.

You may be able to see data for these dates on the SCE website, however, we require SCE to send us that data officially as "Revenue Quality Data". So, sending us a screenshot of your data for these days will not suffice as data we can use to fix these TBDs.
We are working with SCE to get this data delivered to us as soon as possible.
Once SCE has delivered the data to OhmConnect, your #OhmHours will be updated with the correct points and usage, and your streak will be updated as well.
Wondering about your streak? Don't worry, any #OhmHours in TBD status will not affect your streak. We skip TBD hours when adding up your streak. Once the TBDs are filled in, your streak will be updated accordingly.
We also understand that you are probably hoping to be included in this week's prize drawing.
Please rest assured that when we receive your initial or corrected results reflected the goal being met from your utility, you will be automatically entered into that week's drawing and will also get a credit towards the Grand Prize sweepstakes.
