You tried to connect your PG&E account but you got an error message "No Account(s)/SA(s) exists for the given criteria. Please try again later." Users can see this message when PG&E isn't their electric provider.
This is likely because you only receive gas from PG&E, and you receive your power from another utility.
Please note that currently at this time, we can only integrate with these electric companies:
• California utilities PGE, SDGE, SCE
• Texas users part of Smart Meter Texas
• Toronto users with Toronto Hydro
If PG&E is indeed your electric provider, please make sure that they are currently set up and that your plan has a smart meter. For example, if your plan doesn't start until Dec. 30th, you will have to wait until Dec 30th or later to connect your account with OhmConnect.
